A new diet is out...a Clothing Diet
With many of us admitting to having garments in our wardrobe that have not seen the light of day since we brought them back home from the shop; reducing the number of items in your closet should be an easy task.
A Recent survey for a British Insurance company found that we only wear a third of the items in our wardrobes but choosing what to keep and what to pack up for the charity shop can be a challenge.
As with every new diet some people advocate a very restricted number of items.
